New Lead in Ronal Jai Dickenson Disappearance
St Lucia Police are said to be investigating reports that Ronald Jai Dickenson -the 10 year old boy missing for over one year - may be in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Police sources have confirmed to Radio St Lucia that they are working with authorities in St Vincent on the case.
However they say the local topography is making the search efforts very difficult.
The latest information offers new hope that the boy, missing since March 2007, may be found alive.
Jai Dickenson stands about 3 ft 10 inches tall; he's light skin with brown eyes, black hair.
He was wearing boxer shorts without a shirt when he vanished from his la Clery home.
A 16 thousand dollar reward fund established by a group of concerned citizens to spur the search effort for Jay Dickenson has been dissolved.
According to our source, there has been no confirmation that Dickenson is in St Vincent; adding that the police is simply following up on every lead in the case.
